Feathertail - alternative to mouth joysticks

One of the many challenges people coping with a dexterity impairment face is access to technology. While to a healthy person a computer is relatively straightforward to use, for someone who doesn’t have good mobility in their hands and fingers interacting with a PC can be a real struggle.

Voice dictation goes some way towards alleviating this. But there are some things you can only do with a mouse. Unfortunately, a good specialist mouse is hard to find. And it tends to be very expensive.

That’s why we created Feathertail - a wearable device, which can be seamlessly used as a forearm, head, or foot mouse.

It’s really easy to set up and works on all operating systems. With Feathertail you can interact with your computer pain-free. It's responsive, light and flexible.

Feathertail also works great attached to wrist braces and wrist supports, helping speed up recovery from acute injury - something that’s quite challenging with other mice. The device is under 30g in weight, comfortable for all day use.

You can find out more about us at Feathertail.co.uk. We hope you will find the device useful and would be more than happy to answer any questions.
