Returns & Refunds.
You have 30 days to return an item from when it's delivered for a full refund. Make sure you return your order with a tracked delivery service to avoid any issues! If you'd like to return your order, contact us and our support team will help out.
Returns cannot be accepted if the goods have been torn, damaged or tampered with. We ask you to take care of the goods you purchase while they are in your possession. This means that you may inspect the goods, but the product should be in pristine or as new condition.
Please return the goods in their original packaging, or other packaging which is protective to the same extent as the original packaging.
You will need proof of purchase in order to complete a return.
If you fail to meet the above conditions we may refuse to offer you the refund, or ask for further information.
If your order develops a fault after 30 days, you will be entitled to a manufacturer warranty repair.
Delivery and handling charges, gift wrap fees, and taxes paid (such as state, customs or VAT) are not refundable. We offer free delivery options on our products, but ask that you pay for the returns postage.
Compatibility
You are solely responsible for determining the compatibility of the products and services with any required equipment. You agree that lack of compatibility does not constitute a defect giving rise to a claim under our Limited Product Warranty.
